I go here almost daily, because it’s closer than the other dunkins. The service and quality is not consistent. There have been multiple times when the employees simply just stop working before it is closing time, they lock the doors or don’t answer at the drive thru. I’m talking at least an hour or longer before the scheduled closing time. There have been many instances where the coffee is so poorly done that I just dump it when I get home. There was one coffee in particular that I had that tasted as if they had used iced tea instead of coffee, it was absolutely disgusting. All of the other locations are much better with employees who have better attitudes.

DD has really gone downhill to me so the only thing I get there now (if I go) is the Iced Tea.

I’ve been here a couple of times now that they expanded the store and parking lot and must say it is much improved.
The service has always been good and food/coffee usually prepared correctly.
If you’ve ever passed by here during morning rush hour you know the line of cars would be out in the street. Not anymore. The new parking lot is huge and the line for the drive thru now runs the perimeter of it though thankfully, I’ve never seen it that long
