Used a groupon for Eye Lashes … NEVER EVER AGAIN. They fell off in less than a week and I didnt even get the make up … paid for lashes and makeup and only got lashes… parking stinks. small place. Not worth the money or the drive. PASS

I bought a groupon not anticipating the distance I have to drive from my house… But you know — I WILL DRIVE FROM HUDSON to this end of Grafton, just to get another facial.
No, the location is not a Ritzy/​Glamour style like I have had at other local salons… Its in Grafton people. But Natasha keeps her small shop neat, clean, welcoming. Her charisma and demeanor are simply charming. The facial… well… fudge on my sundae!
It is intensive yet gentle on your skin, extremely effective. Natasha intoxicates you with her aura and her professionalism, leaving my skin looking younger, bright and sooo soft. She is thorough, answers questions, and the scalp massage is such a relaxing bonus… got me into zzzzzzzz’s while the penetrating mask did its thing.
Worth the commute. Worth the groupon — if you find it, SCOOP it and give her a try. Hard working, charming young professional. This is total «ME» time!

I love this place! Natasha, the owner is such a sweetheart! I tried a facial here through a Groupon and have been going back ever since. She is very knowlledgable in skincare and is very well versed in the products she offers. They can be a bit hard to get through to someone on the phone sometimes and their hours are not what is listed on the door or online so I can see where that may be an issue for people, but its worth it :-)

Bought a Groupon for 60 min Massage. Called three different days and times. No answer, voicemail only. And the voicemail was full. Contacted Groupon and they said «we’ve contacted the buissness they will call you within 3 days». After 5 days I have up and got a refund. So good luck getting through to them!

I just had my first facial at Natasha’s Queen Bee Spa, and it was a wonderfully relaxing experience! I have «problem» skin, and Natasha was very thorough in her consultation and very knowledgable about techniques and products. She really focuses on making her clients feel like «queens» for a few hours!
The spa is located in the Whitinsville Wellness Center and Spa, which is a lovely and peaceful location. It’s owned by a friendly couple, and they have a wide variety of services including yoga and pilates.
I drove from Boston for the facial, and I will definitely be back to try more of Natasha’s services!

I stumbled upon Natasha when looking for a new aesthetician because I wanted a facial. Natasha truly treated me like a queen bee and I found that her facials are the most relaxing and hydrating I’ve ever had. Her scalp/​head massage will have you melting into the chair! The atmosphere of the spa is relaxing and you don’t find the hustle and bustle that some other spas have. Also, Natasha is so warm and welcoming you can’t help but love her. Try one of her services-​you won’t regret it!
