Miami University Art Museum

This was not my first time visiting the Art Museum on Miami University’s campus, as I was a student here for many, many… many years. I still love the layout of the museum, the organization behind the many exhibits and presentations that are always on display. There were also a number of interesting modern art pieces displayed throughout the building, although there were moments when the location and display of a few of them got in the way of moving around the mesuem itself. This museum regularly has great exhibits and presentations by artists themselves, not to mention some beautiful pieces of outdoor art located all around the building. If you have time, remember to walk all around outside and investigate the grounds to make sure you see everything that the Art Museum has to offer!

For an art museum, this place is stellar! They have interesting and relevant art displays, and they alternate at a good pace. This museum has accumulated a fine collection over the years and have many a culturally-​lush traveling shows. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and this place has a fairly new curator to the area.
