Placed order and was told it would be 15 minutes. They took my money right away. Came back 20 minutes later, and it was very clear they hadn’t started it yet. There weren’t hardly any customers, yet it took 40 minutes. I dislike writing bad reviews, but I’m not that hard to please. I am not impressed, and will not be returning.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any place I have ever been to. It was alright at first, but in the last two months they have ruined 3 orders and delivered all of them late. It’s like they stopped caring completely about the food they are serving, and then getting an attitude about me being mad that I got a cold pizza, that I didn’t even order, over an hour late. Will never go back again.

I have been wanting Pizza Hut pizza for a while. Since we don’t have one where I live Should have waited. After waiting at our table For 15 minutes I went to the take out to order. Also order our drinks Then after another 10 minutes went to counter to ask for our drinks. It has now been 25 minutes since I order our pizza. Maybe going to the counter to pick it up will work Sure hope the pizza is decent The customer service is non rxistsnt

WIthout a doubt the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. A simple take-out order of one pizza and an order of breadsticks was all we sought. After waiting 20 minutes, we went to pick up our order and our money was quickly taken. Then we waited another 20 minutes. A pizza was brought to us but we were told they had«lost» the breadsticks. 20 more minutes and they brought breadsticks but now had«lost» the pizza. They have now LOST our business. In the many years we dealt with this business prior to their rebuild we never had an issue. They seem to have LOST their management and need to find someone new
