Pizza Hut

Came here in the middle of the week after typical lunch time. We literally were the only ones in the place (except the waitresses playing on their phones). My son and I both got personal pan pizzas and my crust was a little doughy. My son went to the bathroom and he came back saying it was dirty. The dining area was cleaner than some I’ve seen, but with no customers what else are the wait staff supposed to do? Our table was sticky and it took a little while for our food to come out. Waitress was nice enough tho. Probably won’t be back only because we aren’t in the area that much.

We went to Pizza Hut in Oxford and enjoyed the pizza ok but froze. Most of the people sat there with their coats on. It was 50 degrees outside and we felt warmer walking to our car. Not very observant of their customers.

Carry out review: Called in order on Friday night and was told 15 – 20 mins on pizza. No biggie. I get there 15 mins later and end up standing there for 50 mins only to find out they have given my order to another person. The cashier offered no apologies and seemed dumbfounded, they couldn’t even figure out how to give the refund, he had to ask for assistance from someone else. I then asked to speak with the manager and he reluctantly said she’s in the back. But I had to insist for him to bother to fetch her. After waiting for the manger for a few mins to no avail I then decided it wasn’t worth it and now that I had my money back I was still going to have to find another avenue to order pizza from. Needless to say I won’t be back there again. Incompetent staff and horrible customer service.

We stopped here on our way to Washington DC from Exton, PA and were very satisfied with both the food and service. Definitely recommended!

It’s a Pizza Hut and there’s not much to say here really. However I will note that the customer service I had today was good. Our server did take care of us, was friendly and kept the drinks full.
