Home fixtures.
Polder makes a variety of fixtures for your home: Kitchen goods and bath towel racks etc.
Having picked up a nice 2-​bar towel rack thing and having it shipped, it arrived in 2 days and I find it is missing one key piece of hardware to complete the assembly prior to installation.
There was an 800 number on the enclosed paper which leads you to a voice-​mail box — I am always leery of those things but in this case, someone actually called me back within two hours and sent the hardware no questions asked.
Rack looks nice, customer service was great.
