Recently a close friend went through a real mess with this guy. His work was sub-standard and required a lot of rework by credible contractors. He took a down payment and kept it without delivering the promised good or services. He claimed to be certified in HVAC, but there is no evidence in official records of this. The result is that my friend has had to go to court resolve this. Stay away from this guy — he is trouble.
