Steve’s Onsite Services

I was referred to this company by several residents of the Villages who did nothing but rave about the quality of service shown by Steve and his staff. I could not have asked for a better outcome than I received as I had both the interior and exterior of my parents house painted while they were out of town. Highly recommend!

Steve’s Onsite Services has a beautiful, well done web site with lots of great information. This information persuaded me to contact them to do some work for my parents within their published service area. After no response using their online form, I emailed them directly. I did get a response, only to find out that little on their web site is factual.
Their published information says they work in The Villages and surrounding areas. They don’t. They only work in The Villages.
Their published information says they work with out-​of-​town clients to help family in their service area. They don’t.
Their published information says they will recommend a qualified contractor if they can’t do the job. They did not.
I wish I could rate them on their actual work, but they don’t do what they say they do.
UPDATE: They changed their web site to take out what they don’t do, with the exception of finding someone else to do the job if they can’t.
