There has been water leaking into my bedroom for more than a day now. I assume its some sort of toilet water from an upstairs unit. So gross! Ive put in a work order, called, and no one calls back. I just want to know the source of the leak. If you need a day or two to fix it, that may be ok, but take a few minutes and check on it and let me know whats happening.

Put in a maintenance request a week and a half ago to have my closet carpet replaced because it has red dye spilled all over it. I have been in multiple times to check on the request and was told they were really busy every time so they would get to my problem sometime soon. Closet door is also missing. The apartment was not cleaned at all before move in. Very disappointed with the management.

Stay FARFAR Away! If a ½ star was possible, that’s what The Connection would get. I wish that I had looked for reviews of this dump before signing the contract. The«sample» apartment looks so nice, but is completely deceiving. Check-in took Forever! Absolutely disorganized. Every resident showed up at the same time, the same day, trying to pick up keys and all other rental info. Spent 9, NINE!, hours cleaning out unit on move-in day last August. So much damage was done in this one apartment, from the blinds, to the carpet, to the appliances, there is NO way this unit was ready for rental. Manager claimed that only half of the apartments were checked prior to move-in day! HALF!!! Place was disgusting to put it mildly. The management was completely overwhelmed w/students and parents wanting to complain about the conditions here. $ 100.00 was taken off the following months rent. What a joke!!! Waited 3 weeks to replace a broken dryer. The Connection is on, at least, the second management team. Things are not much better. Microwave started on fire while not even in use. Thank goodness is was during the day when someone was home. Made the mistake of spending the summer here since we were already paying rent and was told that the gym would not be available after 5:00pm because there is no staff after 5. This is infuriating, to say the least. They never needed staff to over see the gym during the regular school year, so why now? I’m paying for the facilities in this complex but am unable to utilize them. Air conditioner went out on a Friday night during 97 degree heat. Maintenance requests must be made online and after hearing nothing back By mid-morning Saturday, a phone call was made only to find out that maintenance doesn’t work on weekends. An emergency service was called so the repair was made within 5 hours, otherwise the maintenance crew wouldn’t have shown up until 9:00am Monday. There’s plenty more where that came from, but it’s exhausting having to relive all this BS!

This is the nastiest place I have ever lived. The property is horribly ran. I have lived here less than a year and have seen my fair share of bugs, mice, and spiders all in my apartment. INFESTATION central. I had to move out for a week because they wouldn’t do anything about the mice in my apartment. Their solution for the mice? No kill traps. Ones where the little mice get stuck and you have to pick them up, exposed, hear them screech, and throw them away alive. THISISHORRIBLE. I have had to throw away over 15 mice… They don’t consider mice an emergency, so I had to take care of it my self. I have had to hire a pest company to come spray on my own because they won’t do it for me. There have been bugs crawling on my walls, coming up through the drains, infestations under my cabinets, and in the carpet. Currently, I have carpet fleas and they aren’t going to fix that! And my smoke detector beeps every minute(no exaggeration) and they won’t fix it til monday. DONOTLIVEHERE. I have never had so many issues with one property in my life. For what I am paying for rent in Mississippi($ 860) their customer service should be better.
