Their lumber selection is poor and never well stocked, the register staff is poor, the floor staff is normally very friendly and helpful though. Its very close, so I go here when I need to. Most of the time I will drive the 30min to the worcester lowes instead of going here, finding they’re out of what I need or everything is warped and then having to go to worc anyways.

This is the worst run Home Depot I have ever been to. Most of the staff are friendly enough, but untrained and the Management staff haven’t a clue.
Go to Auburn 5 min down 395 for better service.

Southbridge, MA
Was here on Black Friday and was quite impressed. Not that the lines were that long but they had an employee walking around with a hand held scanner checking out people paying with credit cards. He just scanned the items, swiped your card and out you went.
