If you’re going to the movies at Plaza Cinemas 14 in downtown Oxnard, you might wanna run a trip to this 99 cent store for some candy! Just saying! The owners are very friendly and quiet, but they will make conversation. It’s a small shop owned by a Vietnamese family. Ask for Mr. Tran if you go and tell them Rhonda sent you! He will smile and talk to you. :)
