Not sure how well they fix things, but they sure are expensive. Never had the opportunity unless I wanted to lighten my wallet. Took my 3 year old Toshiba laptop in for a check out, they wanted to charge me 185.00 to check out plus any parts that would be bad. Now that is a pretty steep fee just to check out. Went to Best Buy and they charged me 36.00 to check out. Way more reasonable, since New laptops don’t cost that much now a days. 75.00 and I would have left it but 185 bucks? I don’t think so. So if you want to support small shops like this and get ripped off of your hard earned money? Go for it.

I came here with my boyfriend who brought a laptop here for virus clean up. Upon picking up the laptop Alan explained the work he did and answered many questions. He was very helpful, knowledgable and patient. The service received was very good. Satisfied with the customer service by Alan.
