I had a broken shelf from another company’s closet system. I called Closet Factory and my repair job was taken care of in 2 days. It took 30 minutes to do the repair. This is a very well run professional company and I recommend them to everyone. They ROCK!

Everything was done in a timely manner, from the response to our inquiry, the visit by the designer, to the day of the installation. The men who installed the items, including a large cabinet with cubbies, shelves, and drawers in a walk in closet, and pantry shelving in a tricky spot, were professional in all respects. They worked carefully, but quickly, with attention to details, and they finished both jobs in one day. We are happy with the results and hope to have them back for more projects. I would definitely use The Closet Factory again.
