I believe they have a wonderful selection, and the price is very good for a family on a budget. Their customer service is definitely lacking. My husband purchased a pendant as well as a chain for it separately. The white gold chain broke within 6 months of having it. Another issue was a pair of earrings my husband purchased for me. They were diamond studs. They had the screw on backs, as well as they were white gold. One night randomly I noticed my earring was about to fall out. I reached back, and the back was missing. My husband took them into the SAME store he purchased at (the ONLY Daniels we’ve gone to Rose Ave, Oxnard), and they charged him almost $ 40 — they said since we didn’t have a receipt they didn’t know it was from them. Ok, so they charged a fee to replace a defective item, AND called my husband a liar at the same time. I will greatly consider other jewelry shops over this location. Not too pleased.
