Dr. Gil Colmenar

Dr. Gil, Betina and staff are awesome people. I’ve known them for many years and highly recommend anyone with dental needs to make Dr. GIL your primary dentist.

I love them! I drive from Duarte to come to Dr. Colmenar’s office. My husband’s been coming here for many, many years and when it was time for me to find a new dentist, he insisted I come here. They are incredibly friendly and yet very professional.
I had to get a deep cleaning and they made sure nothing hurt. Now I feel extremely confident with my smile and I do not regret having to drive here at all.

I used to come to Colmenar a lot before at their old location, until the Swap Meet burnt down and they were told to change locations.
I was feeling pain in my lower jaw area since Monday and my father had to call in to make an appointment yesterday (Wednesday – at that point, I couldn’t open my mouth anymore). The receptionist got me in at 1:30 as an emergency. Got there, filled out new paperwork and they saw me right away.
The Dental Assistant/​Receptionist was very nice, she tried to get an x-​ray of my mouth but to no avail – my situation is really that bad.
Colmenar was very nice. He recognized my need right away and referred me to an Oral Surgeon to get these suckers pulled. The whole appointment took about an hour. which isn’t that bad really. My only gripe was the younger receptionist that was a not very polite at all; in all honesty she seemed kind of stuck up.
Its hard saying «Yay! I’m a fan» to a Dentist, but I had a pretty good experience. I’d suggest this dentist to friends and they accepted Delta dental insurance.
Pain for another few days though.
I’ve gotta wait until Monday to get these pulled =(
