Horrible service! Paid almost $ 700 for a bed for my daughter had planned last weekend to have it this Saturday. Received a call today from Tony. I was expecting to be asked to schedule a pick up time. Instead I was told that it is out of stock! Are you kidding me! Let me take money from a consumer then turn around and say its out of stock. Of course I was upset and let it be known that it was bad business, a irresponsible mistake on the companies part just to only be yelled at by Tony. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER THINK OF STEPPING FOOT IN THIS STORE.

Great customer service. Glad I came across this place. I looked at several other furniture stores from Los Angeles, Agoura, Camarillo and Oxnard. Here I found just what I needed two beds and two night stands for my daughters room, super cute girly furniture at an affordable price. This was about 1−½ years ago. I was just recommending this store to a friend and felt I need to give credit where it’s due.

I agree with Angelo’s review. We ordered furniture based on what we saw at the store, and what we received was a bit different. Springs started coming out of the cushions in 6 months, horrible quality. We also bought a dining set in which one chair broke a leg only after 3 months of purchase. We will never go there again. Like they say, you pay for what you get.

with relatives when they ordered a furniture set… They delivered something different… certain pieces were replaced by less quality items. They took months for my relatives to try to get issues straightened out. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I just purchased a 5-​drawer hardwood chest and 23″ round glass end-​table from Tony at Five Points Furniture. Great prices and service. Even the delivery charge was low. After going to several furniture stores in Oxnard and checking chests on-​line — the prices were out-​of-​sight. It’s hard to find good wood furniture at reasonable prices today. Go see Tony!!!
