Called for a simple re-key on a door lock. The have this wide scale of $ 20 to $ 150 plus a 40 dollar service charge. I smelled a up-sale from just the way the man was talking on the phone. They scheduled a time then didn’t show. I called back and the ave an excuse and promised a technician within a hour. 2 hours later still no show. After a third call and no show I finally gave up and called Nason Locksmith. Keep in mind that I did not pressure them into a time. The dispatcher picked the time. Please do yourself a favor and call anybody else.
