I’m so disappointed in this place. I didn’t even get beyond the front desk, because apparently my appointment did not exist. I unfortunately had to cancel my first appt. because my daughter got sick and I could not find childcare last minute. I was told I would get a call back to schedule, but heard nothing. I phoned back the next week and was able to schedule a new time. Last week, I received a call from Grossman to move my appt., because they had an earlier opening — someone had canceled. I obliged, confirmed the date/time and location with the woman and immediately moved the date in my phone cal(where I track everything). Well, today I arrived on time to the newly scheduled appointment to find that I had no appt. It would appear the woman who called ME to CHANGE my original appt, never bothered to update the system. I had cleared out my morning to make it today, which also happens to be the day before Thanksgiving. I even joked with the woman who had called me and said, «What a great way to start the holiday.» I distinctly remember the conversation — I am not crazy and did not get the date wrong. Now here’s the thing… I get that people make mistakes. What irked me most of all is the woman at the front desk did not once apologize! She was cold, and took absolutely NO accountability for the error. Not even an, «I will look into it.» I would rather drive ½ hour to another clinic than come back here. A place that deals with healthcare and potentially sensitive issues, should have a sensitive human being servicing their patients when they walk through the front door. Grossman’s receptionist gets a giant ‘F’ for bedside manners.

Highly recommended. Great facility if you need MRIs done. Radiologist David was professional, friendly, patient. He was very easy to talk to. He’s been working 10 years in this facility. He answered my questions/concerns respectfully. He offered a blanket since I get cold easily. There’s even a locker to put your possessions in. Make sure you wear earplugs while inside MRI machine. Radiologist will provide earplugs in case you forget your own. I want to add that the MRI machine not only has a back up generator, but also a manual overdrive that the Radiologist can use to pull the sliding table out. No worries getting stuck inside the MRI machine if there is a power failure!

Came in last night for my other half, who is a first timer to MRI’s. Being new patients we had absolutely no idea on what to expect and how the process worked. The front desk receptionist was super helpful in making sure all of our treatment and insurance questions were answered. There must have been 1 radiologist/doctor working because the wait between each patient was lengthy, so we took that into consideration for wait time. They had a great movie playing in the lobby area, which is pretty room and even has a kids corner that includes puzzles to play with while you wait. The receptionist even called me by my first name and offered me a water bottle while I waited, since my name was on the emergency contact information– I thought this was exceptional customer service! All in all from from being called back for his scan to his scan finishing, I must have waited 30 minutes. The only extra waiting was for the previous patient to finish up with their scan, which was a given. We really enjoyed our visit and appreciate the customer service and quality of care. Will be referring this location to our family and friends.
