The worst service drive thru employe Jocelyn was a real rude b — - you should of seen what she did to my bacon ultimate cheese burger after she got done with it I would even feed my dog that burger. Went back and requested full refund. Manager couldn’t fine employee all of a sudden.

I just love how I said 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and I get 2 and they didn’t even put bacon on my chicken sandwich like there’s suppose to be.

The customer service in the drive thru is better than the one in the front counter. They’re friendly and fast! Keep it up!

I had an awesome experience here today. I was in need of coffee but not sure how good the coffee was here. I was asking a lot of questions and the girl that was working the drive thru can see I was having a hard time deciding which coffee to order so she offered a little taste test when I drove up to the window. Best costumer service I’ve ever had there. The name of the girl was Ana and because of her I’m giving this place 5 stars. Thank you Ana for understanding how to make a customer happy.

Jack’s 2 tacos for 0.99 cents and the spicy chicken are the only things worth going for.
