I want to say that I agree with the other reviewer that Maria and her crew really know how to clean. In the beginning Maria appeared professional but there was one hiccup and then her communication skills were non existent. She was behind on her billing and then one week came with three invoices at once. Money was only due on one of the invoices and my husband always left payment on the kitchen counter so she could get it when she arrived to clean.
Meanwhile, we had a death in the family and had to leave town and my husband left the check for Maria on the day of our next scheduled cleaning. Needless to say, Maria did not show up, would not answer her phone and only provided a brief text saying she didn’t show up because we owed the one payment.
I was so relieved we had not given her a key to our home but was so upset that we left our home unlocked and she didn’t have the decency or professionalism to call to say she was not going to come. I replayed it over and over in my head and cannot figure out why she got weird all of a sudden. If we had given her a key, she would have been MIA with access to our home!!!
