What a horrible experience. Found myself stranded off the 101 in Ventura and called roadside service for a tow. McCarty and Sons took the call and confirmed with me that they were on their way. 45 minutes later they called and cancelled, and simply said they were too busy to pick me up. I’ve never experienced anything like that in my life.
