I’ve used many carpet cleaning services over the years, but this was hands down THE BEST service I’ve ever had. Our carpets literally look as good as new, and WAY better than they did when we moved in. This is the only service I would use. They are fast, thorough, accommodating, and very professional.

2 ½ hrs late. Claimed flat tire. I had to call twice for ETA. When arrived, said he wouldn’t move a single piece of furniture. Not even a dining room chairs. Said he wasn’t a «furniture mover.» Very rude and clearly unhappy that I had a groupon which I advised when I scheduled the appointment.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Jeremy at Mr. Know It All. We have many allergies from these carpets and cannot afford to replace them at the moment. He explained that the steam cleaning we have done with our own cleaner in the past, only did more harm then good by pushing water into the carpet padding, causing mold. His way of cleaning is to just shampoo the top layer of the carpet to break up the dirt and then suck it up. My house smells incredible and the allergens have decreased immensely as we can tell by the lack of sneezing from everyone. Thank you again to Jeremy and his professionalism. He’s a mater of his craft.
