New Image Laser

I’m very happy with my experience here! I’ve had laser hair removal done at 3 other places, due to moves, and this one is my favorite– great results, least discomfort, and best technician! Sarah is skillful and has a great personality, which makes coming in enjoyable!
I used the numbing cream which worked well, and also the laser machine is cold which feels good.
I’ve had my lip, underarms, and bikini done here and I really love not worrying about hair, taking time shaving, getting razor bumps (I get that shaving), or ingrown hairs (I get from waxing). So I really find these treatments worthwhile! Thank you Sarah!

I would not recommend coming here at all! My aunt referred me to this place and after going in for about five sessions on my face, I made the decision to find a better place to go. I rarely saw any big results but kept being told that it was «progress» and my skin was doing great. After each of my sessions, my skin would be extremely pink (which is normal after a laser session but in my case it looked like an extreme sunburn). I could often see red marks on my skin after every session almost as if it looked like bad acne had been popped (I have normal type skin). The sessions were painful and long (sometimes about an hour — just for my face!) even if I put the numbing cream I bought from them and took ibuprofen. It was usually hard to schedule appointments and whenever I’d call the office I would be lucky if someone picked up. Prices were steep for my liking and there’s no type of packages offered. The only positive I see from this is that Sara the technician is friendly.

Awesome Staff, awesome hair removal procedures. I went to these people for laser hair removal and it has been very effective thus far. The practitioner and staff answers all questions, offers you a book of before and afters and gives you a detailed packet of the procedure they will be performing as well as aftercare instructions as well as pre visit instructions. The staff here is extremely kind, they are kind enough to make me happy I have unwanted hair just so I can go back and visit them. No matter who you are, they will work with you and make your visit worth it. They also don’t sell you into a package deal and you pay per procedure which is also beneficial and shows they aren’t out for your dollar before the goods are delivered.

I have gone to several places for laser locally. Do not, no matter what, get laser here. If this was your first laser experience, you may not know better. However, I do. The prices are reasonable, so that’s how I got lured in. Laser is not completely comfortable. The laser at this business hurts 10x more than any other laser I’ve had used on me, and is no more effective. Also, their laser leaves your skin feeling worse than the worst sunburn you could ever imagine for two days following the treatment. I’m scared to think of the damage that was done to my skin! This has never happened to me at any other laser business. And your skin swells up and feels really tight, in addition to leaving small blisters and red marks all over your skin. The nurse performing the treatment says she knows it’s working when she can see the hair follicles swelling, after she’s completely fried them! It is scary that people and practitioners like this remain in business. I hope, by writing this, I will help others avoid the experience I had at New Image Laser. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!
