I often get things printed here because of the location and convenience. I email or set up online, then pick up in store. Lila was very helpful on my last visit here. After picking up my print order, I wandered around for some other supplies, I needed Post-Its. I had a rather dismal experience with my checkout experience; however I decided to take the customer service survey. I was contacted by the store manager, who used my comments for training and offered me a customer satisfaction gift card! This store values their customers and I appreciate that they can accept a fault and make it better. Prices aren’t the greatest when it’s not on sale, but they have sales and coupons often. I will keep coming back for sure!

Lila, Lila, Lila… anytime a single employee’s name comes to mind when you think of a store, you know they have a great employee on their hands. For my job we use Office Depot’s printing services fairly regularly and Lila is the head honcho(or honcha?) when it comes to taking care of your printing, folding, cutting, binding and stapling needs. For paper and supplies we typically use our account and have it shipped to us so I can’t comment too much there… but if you need posters, programs, pamphlets or any other pressing project completed promptly(sorry I like alliteration) Lila is the perfect person to help.

My father and I just purchased a new computer and chair here. The sales guy helping us was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Definitely coming back here again!

What can you say. They have all the office supplies you’ll ever need. From Desks to Post-it Notes to ink pens, well… you name it, they’ve most likely stock it. You can also get credit for recycling empty ink cartriges.

I bought a few items for school here. Went in, checked-out at the cash register, got my receipt to find that a few of my items were not the same price as they claimed to be. So, I thought forget it, I’ll just return them. Got to the register returned the items and the guy takes my receipt! I was dissatisfied with this thinking«what if I want to return something and now I don’t have proof of purchase.»(The return item receipt did not have the other items listed.) I looked the guy straight in the eye when he had a hold of my 1st receipt and I was expecting to get it back. I was already annoyed at having to deal with the wrong prices so I didn’t want to go back and argue for my receipt. But, I should have because now I want to return something and probably won’t get any money back because they won’t believe me. Aside from this they’ve also charged different prices for the items than they are marked as(charged more than they actually are).

Over the years this place has, lost it’s customer service. This place, always, looks like a hurricane visited. Speaks for the type of management these stores are run by. Then again, it is located in the heart of South Oxnard. Where the inhabitants like to mirror their hometowns of Juarez and Manila. The prices for the items in this place are ridiculous. Not to mention the lack of knowledge from the employees. I’m not talking about what they know about a product. Computers all do the same crap, no matter the brand. A chair is a chair and a pen is a pen. I’m talking about not knowing what types of products are carried in the store. I’m a customer and know more about the store layout and products sold at the store than the manager of the store. This store, along with the entire strip mall. Has a bug problem. Don’t be surprised if you find a roach, the size of a beagle inside a case of paper of new printer. That is all.

This place is ok… they do have some decent deals once in a while. I come her once in a while just to look around and see what catchs my eye
