I’m really surprised to see such negative reviews, my experience was amazing. Infact, this was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. They have a menu of services for pedicures, I chose the basic one for $ 30. What I received far exceeded the «basic» pedi. Foot and leg scrub, mask, cooling gel and massage. Oh AndTHEN the «basic» pedi. It is clean and pleasant here. Staff is professional. I’ll be back for sure.

My absolute favorite nail salon. Always sweet always professional. Listen to exactly what I want and are happy to make sure I leave happy. Always do a phenomenal job on my acrylics and gels.

I visit Ventura often. I found this Salon by checking around. Tim always does a Great job! The Salon is very clean and everyone is friendly. I highly suggest you give them a try, you won’t be disappointed !

This is my second time back and my last time. I got the speed manicure. She paid no attentions to detail. Spent less than 30 seconds total on my cuticles, never cleaned my nails and my nails are uneven. I TRIED but but for $ 33 I will never go back again. Shame on them for seating me next to two of the other workers who were off talking on their phones the entire time. The salon was empty so I could have had a nice relaxing salon experience but no… they could not accommodate that. Sorry but I have been getting manicures for years and I could have done a better job then they did. Sorry but I did not ask the name of the young girl who did my nails.

I have gone here for a couple of years and always had a good experience, but lately it has gone downhill. I went in and got a pedicure and gel mani before my beach vacation and two days later while on my vacation, all of the gel just started popping off. As soon as I could when I returned from my trip I went in for another pedi and explained to them what happened with my gel manicure. I asked if they would give me a manicure and buff my nails to repair the damage from the botched manicure. They said yes, but then at the end I went to pay for my pedicure and they charged me for the mani too. I reminded them of the situation and they made a big scene about it, shouting back and forth across the salon which was embarrassing and in the end gave me an $ 8 discount, but charged me for the mani still! I just wanted to get out of there at that point. I could not believe they would treat a long time customer this way. I will not be returning ever again.

I’m not sure why all the bad reviews! I’ve been here three times now and every time I honestly always encounter the nicest friendliest staff and excellent service. The tub is cleaned before I get in, and they do a great job not rushing me (which I find very important if you’re going to spend money on some pampering you should enjoy it to the fullest and not feel rushed). Perhaps some of the issues some reviewed have had been in the past, as far as my experience goes this place is A rated in my book, I will keep coming back!

I have been coming here since the opened. Always friendly. Always clean. If something doesn’t go as planned, they stand behind their work and fix it. Love them!

I like this place. Family owned, I never have to wait and they have all been very friendly. I’ve had pedicures and also done the above lip area wax. I went on a Sunday morning after trying two other places that said they were open at 10 but were not… I was pleased to see they were active and ready for business! My only wish would be more OPI brand and more color choices. Also one of their guys… Older wears glasses… Avoid him. He’s not as thorough and painfully slow.

Can I give this place zero stars? This place is absolutely disgusting. They DO NOT clean anything, tubs, tools, towels! Yes, I saw them reuse the warm towels they use before they put polish on. I wanted to vomit. I came home and took a shower and disinfected my feet! I will NEVER come here again!

It looks as if it could be a nice place, but it is a HELL HOLE! As a licensed cosmotologist, I can tell you the tools are not being sanitized after each use. The manicure lady placed the dirty tool back into a container full of other tools that was labeled clean. The jars of Barbesol on each station are clearly there for show. I paid for a hot stone massage and the lady rubbed the stone across two times and that was it. There was no one who could do a creative nail design even if you wanted to pay for one. The mani/​pedi was more than half ass. She refused to trim my toenails, didn’t clean under the free edge of the nails and doesn’t even give a cuticle massage. The guy who was doing my friends nails was very creepy and smelled horribly like an ash tray. The washing machine made a horrible loud noise. I did not once see them sanitize the chairs after each client. They have the nerve to ask for a tip and charge a fee for using the ATM/​Credit machine.

This place appears to be a bit upscale, but it is not. Paid $ 25 for a basic pedi, and basic it was. And the young lady didn’t even know how to do a design on my nails. They don’t do any modern techniques. I walked out dissatisfied.

I went today at opening time, 9:30am, and the man who opened did my nails. He was real nice but not the best in the nail business. He did an awful job for doing nails for 13 yrs, + he cut me! Ouch! But overall he was nice but this ain’t my place to get nails done…

Went thinking it would be a pleasant experience since it is in a nice shopping complex. Lady went the whole time talking so another guest up until she left. Then talked me into getting some oil for the bottom of my foot which burned the fuck out if the side of my right foot, not sure weather it was the oil or tool that was used. Then the person doing my manicure cut three fingers while cutting off cuticles. Could not get my pinky finger to stop bleeding so she put oil which made the pain go from a 1 to a 8. Long story short will never return or recommend anyone to go here, unless it’s someone who I extreme dislike.

It took me a few tries to find a nail place in Oxnard that I like but this is it. Ive been getting my nails and waxing done here for a while and I have always been happy. Everyone is friendly and the place is in a very convenient location. I had a pedicure, leg wax and fill on my nails from Lilly and everything was great, she had my feet and legs so soft and pretty after she got done with them! I have seen Tiffany a few times for my fingernails and a leg wax too and she does a great job. She is fast and meticulous and very friendly. I won’t be going to any other salons anymore, thats for sure.

Came for a pedicure. The foot bath was washed & sanitized right before I sat down. I soaked my feet for a good while before someone came to help. The pedicure was fine but it seems as if she was rushing. Not all of the tools seemed to be sanitized. I was too busy yapping with my friend to notice until she was done. I saw a lot of tools come out of the plastic drawers they roll around & now looking back, I’m sure that the file she used on me shouldn’t have come from that drawer either. After she was done, she let it dry for a bit. Then came back & told me to get off the chair & wait by the door. even though I was clearly with a friend who was sitting next to me & the place wasn’t busy at all. So I paid the cashier then asked the girl who was doing my friend’s toes if I could sit next to her while her toes dried. I noticed that the lady who did my toes just rolled the toolbox/​drawers she used to the back of the store & didn’t take them out to sanitize it for the next customer.
And then she proceeded to eat. I would say look for a different nail spa.

The biggest plus in you can always walk in and I have never had to wait. It looks very clean.
They are big on the up-​selling, typical for nail salon now. I usually get the «european «pedicure or some such thing. They bring the special products in cute little dishes. Presentation is everything, Right? Great selection of colors. My toes are baby blue. I think they are a little more expensive than some. Massage chairs work, almost too well, I felt like I was getting pushed out of the chair and turned it off. I wish they wouldn’t chat with each other in a language I can’t understand.

The WORST manicure & pedicure I ever had!!! They rush you in & out. The lady did not even buff my nails or clean under them. The place looked unclean and the washer made an awful noise. I was so unhappy. Don’t waste your money! They charge you extra to use your debit/​cc card

Do you know what longtime married couples do for their anniversary?
I’d appreciate it if you could tell me, because I thought spending the day patronizing a local pub was a great idea, but Deb had other plans. Her idea was to get dueling pedicures at a local nail salon.
I got the Spa Pedicure ($ 22), plus the optional callus removal ($ 5); Deb got the same. I tried to convince her to get a Brazilian wax while we were there (payback = priceless), but she didn’t go for it.
I must say — if they had a television with sports programming — I might make a habit of visiting, but I think I’ll leave the seats open for the women.
