My experience with Rose Verymore was negative. Two cleaners showed up 55 minutes late with no «head’s up» from the office. The one that handled the kitchen was on the short side and did not bring a step ladder. I had not moved anything in yet and did not have one. Needless to say only the bottom cabinets/​shelves were cleaned. She did an excellent job on the oven and fridge, but did not touch the microwave (which is above the stove) because I don’t think she could reach it, or anything else above her reach.
The other housekeeper did the bathrooms and cannot really say what she did. The tub looked like it had only been quickly dry wiped out, no product was used as there was still residue from the previous tenant. One shower had not been touched at all and NONE of the floors were swept, mopped or vacuumed.
When they were ready to leave one of them handed me her phone and I was told the final price by the person on the other end. They charged me for the ORIGINAL start time — NOT deducting for the 55 minutes they were not there. I was livid and told them I was only going to pay for the ACTUAL time they were there.
After they left I went back and re-​cleaned everything (except for the oven and fridge). I was so disappointed with the poor job, the tardiness and basic overall rudeness of trying to charge me for time they were not there.
This should have been an easy job for them with no furniture, knick knacks or other stuff to get in the way. Sadly it was a waste of money for me and I would not use them again, nor recommend.

My house has never looked cleaner! I called Rose Verymore Cleaning Services in a bind and needing same-​day house cleaning for a property on the market. They were at my house within hours and made it look perfect! I couldn’t be more impressed.

I had the deep cleaning done and my home looked as it did the first day we moved in. The bathrooms and kitchen were so clean, they cleaned everything, not just the outside of the oven, fridge, washer /​dryer, they cleaned inside, behind, on top. The bathrooms looked amazing the bathroom door, both sides, even the blinds on the windows inside the bathrooms. Rose Verymore cleaning is the best cleaning service I’ve ever had, never will I hesitate to call them.

Our home was deep cleaned by them today and we could not be happier. Every inch of the kitchen floor, inside fridge, book shelves, framed photos, blinds, under all furniture. The house has never been cleaner and the crew was so nice! You should definitely use their services.

I am in the process of hiring a cleaning company, thus they have not been in to clean my home. I only based this review based on their rate and professionalism. They were running late and called me to inform me of this. Both women that came in for the estimate made me feel very comfortable. Very decent rates.
