Be warned that if you are considering buying a home at Seabridge and have a dog, these people will take over your life, harass you to no end, and are total control freaks. Nothing is ever repaired once it breaks, and though the pool is open until 11, the jacuzzi jets are set to not work after 9:30. You cannot park in front of your own house or they will tow you, and the neighbors who are mostly retired watch every move you make and have no qualms in making up things to complain about. Good luck! High fees to be treated like a second-​class citizen and be told what you can and cannot do? I’ve had enough, myself!
