I don’t see why this place has received awful reviews. Okay maybe I haven’t gone through their drive-thru but every time I’ve gone inside to order, it’s been splendid haha. The baristas here have been pretty friendly and informative in helping my friend and I choose drinks for our study sessions. They always have cute gift cards and there’s been occupied seating inside all the time. Only thing I don’t like is the parking here. Super awkward and tight but it’s the closest Starbucks while the other Starbucks on Channel Islands & Rose gets remodeled. Not too shabby. Will be back for more Starbs to feed my coffee addiction :)

I always get the same thing, and always go after school to the Starbucks near Oxnard College, but they re remodeling for a week so I had to come to this one, they got my order right, but they messed up the drink through drive thru and since I work in fast food I get off and politely ask the person making drinks if he can help me and he rudely agrees and I told him that my drink doesn’t look right since it is In a clear cup and the tea looks too dark and he says no it looks right! And I always get that drink and it looks and taste different and he takes it adds sugar and gives it too me and it still didn’t taste right, but I was over his attitude and just left, so glad they are done re modeling

The employee Mike here is rude as shit. Besides being super rude to me while 7 months pregnant all I asked is if they could re heat my pumpkin bread cuz it was cold and told it was already heated, he practically threw it back and said«sorry we don’t put things that have been eaten back in the oven» …it wasn’t eaten it just had a piece broken off inside with it.

I know the generalization is that all Starbucks are the same but this one really takes the cake for standing out in a bad way. Workers make it feel like a hassle to make your drink, the drive thru line takes FOREVER(I mean 20 minutes when there were 3 cars in front of me), and my drink comes out wrong over half of the time. Save yourself the trouble and drive a little farther to the one in port hueneme or the drive thru on rose.

They always seem to screw things up. I have gone many times they do something erong. The worst thing was when they kept my gift cart I purchased. For rude service go here.

I always thought a Starbucks drink was a Starbucks drink, meaning they taste the same everywhere. But somehow, this Starbucks makes drinks taste like crap. They also mess up our order almost every time. The last time we went, Mr. C suggested we go inside. Sure enough, they messed up his drink. We stood there for five minutes while the barista blatantly ignored us. So we just left. This parking lot is tiny and the drive thru line was long, and of course everyone needed their Starbucks fix NOW, so we had to wait almost ten minutes until someone finally let us back out of our parking spot and leave! We go to the Channel Islands location now, even though it’s a further away. The service there is better and the Starbucks actually tastes like Starbucks.

This starbucks is horrible, it took me 20 minutes to get a simple cup of caramel latte. It doesn’t seem that hard … that starbucks should get a newer management. last night when I went they closed the drive thru before they were supposed too. nice one

The only thing good about this Starbucks is that it has a drive through. The service sucks and is really slow. After they take forever with your order, they get it wrong. You would think that with all that extra time used to make your drink they would get it right but sadly that is not the case. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

I have held off on writing this for a while. I live close to this particular Starbucks so it is convenient for me and since I am BUSY all the time I like to order from the app and go to the drive through, I also like accuracy and efficiency. I do not like to be told and I quote«Next time come inside for your drink» and then on another occasion when there was no cars I drove right up to the window and said I had ordered on the app«Next time let us know at the speaker». First of all do not tell me what to do, second, what difference does it make if there is no one waiting. Then they get my order wrong! Never again you have lost my business. Yikes! Just stopped by and went through the drive thru. For starters the intercom is painfully low, I couldn’t hear over the car behind me. I ordered and the girl(dirty blonde hair in a pony tail) was too busy chatting away with her coworker that she forgot she had a customer in the window. They were squabbling back and forth and then in a fit of frustration with her coworker she full on screamed in my face. It was the weirdest thing. She said sorry awkwardly, «sorry I just had to do that.» Sorry you just had to yell at your coworker while facing me? So strange.

I don’t usually write reviews because I’m not that type of person that likes to complain about everything but god damn. I came to this Starbucks on Friday night, and decided to walk in and it legit took me about at least 15 to 20 minutes to get my iced coffee which was truly disgusting and possibly the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had. So I went again tonight to give them another chance to win back my heart and did they? Nope. I went through the drive thru and asked for a peppermint mocha & received a warm hot chocolate. No mames. Didn’t even notice until I got home. I should have checked but I trusted her with my order. shouldn’t have.

Wow. This place has always had extremely slow service but I’ve always held up my patience with them. Today was the last straw. Waited 30(THIRTY) minutes just to place my order, another 10 to get my drink. It wasn’t even busy. Rude employees. Stay away, go to the one by Rose Ave instead.

I WROTETHEFOLLOWINGTOSTARBUCKS, I HOPETOHEARBACKFROMTHEM: Yesterday I was celebrating my birthday and stopped at the below mentioned location to pickup my birthday sandwich and get another iced coffee. While waiting for my drink, a well dressed male entered the store and asked for the code to the bathroom. The manager said, «the bathroom is only for customers, do you want to order something?» I looked at both of them and feeling bad for the poor soul, told her that I was a customer and to give me the code which she did. I then relayed it to the male customer and he went to relieve himself. While he was there and as she served me my drink, she said«Do not do that in the future, there is a reason why we keep it under lock and key.» I didn’t say anything at the time because it was awkward to get scolded by someone younger than me and also because I didn’t want to create a scene. However, for starters, I can’t believe she was being so anal. The man obviously had to visit the facilities and she could have made this one time exception. What’s to keep him from tailgating another customer exiting the facilities? Will she call the police on him? I can’t believe that Starbucks has such a strict rule for the bathroom use. That store is very close to two military bases. If that person would have had his military dress on, would she had allowed him to use the restroom? I don’t get it! I look forward to your reply.

I see a lot of bad reviews but in my experience with this particular Starbucks they have always treated me very well. I’m never in a rush when I go there so I can’t complain about the wait time. As far as the drinks go, Starbucks is prettymuch the same no matterwhere you go. I always see the employees smiling and they always speak nicely, even when the homeless or teenagers are being difficult with their orders. The only downside is that in this part of Oxnard there are far too many homeless who hang out in the parking lot aggressively begging.

I think they owe me a car wash and an apology. After waiting 15 minutes to get my drink in the drive thru(after I had ordered), the girl at the window completely failed to warn me that my drink was already over flowing. I grab my drink, BOOM. Coffee alllll over my car, including seeping down my window and all over my lap. The girl didn’t even bother to apologize. I asked her for some napkins, she handed them to be in silence. Thanks for ruining my morning, making me look like a mess all day because my pants got stained, and for costing my another $ 15 to get my car washed. You suck.

Well, they are under new management. They gave me way to many details about why. The new manager Jennifer isn’t doing her job. She is so worried about rules that it seems costumer service is out the door. All the older employees seem to be babysat by the new employees. I was ordering from a trusted vet and talking about my account and some newer chick with a long fake blonde ponytail side bust telling her what to tell me! While I’m standing there! Mind you the veterans an older woman who has worked there for along time. This store has gone to shit in a matter of months… I would put ponytail chick on blast but she didn’t bother with a name tag.
