Subway

Seriously worst subway ever. I kid you not if you go in and the heavier women with long hair is working, she will not make you a sandwich. Their sign says 10 o clock, it’d 8:20 on ⁸⁄₃₀ and once again, «their system is down.» You’d think after months of their system being broken it’d be fixed by now. But no, they keep the doors open and lights on so the camera can see they are letting customers in– but refusing them service.
They use this system down excuse to start closing early and leave at 10 on the dot. It’s absurd and unprofessional. Not only that but the associates are rude half the time. I live right around the corner which you’d think would be sweet, not when they are too lazy to help me out anyway.
I don’t recommend going there, ever.

Came in at 9:45pm. A male teenager told my fiancé and I thought they were «closing» even though they close at 10:00pm. If you guys are closing. shouldn’t you guys lock the doors? Anyway the people here suck with their customer service. They know it and they don’t care!
Try jersey mikes down the way lol. They might be a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

This subway sucks honestly. I went in to use a gift card given to me and not only did one worker leave all the work to another so she could be on the phone, but they were out of meat and only had enough for 6 inch sandwiches. Then they told us they were also out of other ingredients I usually like. I went to use my gift card but couldn’t because they said their wifi was down and announced everyone had to use cash only. Someone else offered to pay for my food since I didn’t have cash on me. The owner was even there ringing up people, and honestly didn’t care that he inconvenience people.
Only reason it gets 2 stars is because the one worker doing everything was polite the entire time.

Wow I really was shocked to see the abuse in this subway. I think Kristal is a manager here and she was doing nothing, while one very good worker was handling all the customers orders. As I was eating my meal, I continued to see Kristal do nothing as The line continued to grow. The phone rang and guess what?! Kristal pretends to not hear it. Other worker answered. Food was great. Definitely some management problems.

Krystal should not be working with the public or others. She was so rude to us and the guy in front of me. She literally threw his tray of food at him. He asked if he could pay 86 cents in change and the rest on his debit. She said «No». I told her just enter 86 cents as cash and hit the rest under debit. Cashiering 101 right? I was appalled by her behavior. Apparently she was supposed to be off the clock and was frustrated with still having to be there. She must be giving some favors to the boss because apparently she’s worked there for years.

This is a horrible Subway – go to any other branch and you will get better service. My brother and I have both come here on different occasions and we have been told 3 times that «the computers are down.» Yeah right! The kids that are behind the cash registers are lying and clearly are looking for an extra break. I will never go back!

Who doesn’t love Subway? Some sandwiches are always $ 5 for a footlong. Each month there is a «special» sandwich (sub) offered for $ 5. This month, July 2011, it is the Italian B.M.T.

This is a great location near Oxnard College. It is next door to 7 – 11 and is relatively new.
I venture into Oxnard weekly or every other week to run errands with/​for my mother-​in-​law.
Her favorite Sub Sandwich is «Coldcuts». Frankly, I’ve never heard of it.
My husband’s favorite is Italian B.M.T. I am trying to reduce my calories so I’m not sure which is my new favorite.
You can get your sandwich toasted. I’ve never done that.
They serve breakfast. I enjoyed the egg sandwich. You can order egg whites to reduce your calories.

Again, I am grateful to have a Subway so close to Sunny Acres. We used to have to drive a bit to get a quick bite to eat. You have made it easy for us. Thank You.
