If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Clearly not professionals. The only thing the owner is great at is making you feel like she is bending over backwards to help you. Installation was horrible. They had to re-​do my wood floors twice to get it right. And when they corrected the issue they sent out their «Floor Expert»… Uh, shouldn’t they all be experts if I am putting out this type of money. If I wasn’t paying for an expert I would’ve just done the job myself or grabbed some guys from the Home Depot parking lot.
With that said, our issues have still not been resolved and we have been put on their back burner probably since March (2015). I’m just about to report them to the BBB and may have to take legal action as I spent a good amount of money for such a poor quality installation. My thresholds that they claim they would’ve made better than my original installation I had from someone else actually came out WORSE! The job they were trying to fix is now worse and they will not take ownership to fix. I’m amazed how this company is still in business with such poor customer service.
There are plenty of floor companies out there… My recommendation would be stay clear from this place. I normally like to support the mom and pop shops/​small business owners however I learned my lesson with this company. When it comes to home repairs and upgrade I’ll pay the price and contract it out through Lowes!
