Under new property management! Lourdes who is the property manager at THEVINESOFRIVERPARK recommended me to do a walk-thru before move out. Once our walk thru took place lourdes came up with specific dollar amounts for house cleaning/repairs. Clean House $ 225 – 325 Carpet $ 110 – 160 Paint $ 155 – 200 I agreed with the repair/cleaning amounts, however when i got my move out statement they over charged me a total of $ 1,500 plus dollars for repairs that I felt were not necessary. I was lied to during our walk-thru!!! I’m not letting this one go so I decided to contact Cassidy the district manager who is very hard to get of hold of. Cassidy 818−222−4840 Lourdes 805−814−5722 Not to mention I summited multiple work request that were not completed during my lease due to new property management charging for it. (thumbs down)

We have water leak under the kitchen sink, leaking 6 – 8 ounces an hour, making a big mess. We have left messages with the office and on the maintenance office. Its now been two hours without a call back. Yesterday the electricity went out in the garage lost everything in the freezer, the response was«occasionally it happens», 8:30 at night still waiting for a maintenance person!

Renter beware. THISPROPERTYISUNDERNEWMANAGEMENT! We moved out just after the new management company moved in(the old company closed out our file), and yet Lourdes(the new property manager) accused us of not paying our last month’s rent, tried to charge us $ 2300 extra for breaking our lease even though the previous property manager waived the fee(she found someone to take over our unit), and then refused to send us the balance for our security deposit. On top of that, she harassed me with phone calls for a week. She sounds sweet at first, but then she lashes out with you with«You didn’t do this… It’s your fault… I won’t help you». She didn’t even bother calling the old property manager to get the facts, whom btw is one of my good friends, so I know Lourdes was lying when she said that our file hadn’t been closed. So what’d we do? We called our old property manager. And thank God she sorted everything out. Lourdes needs to learn a thing or two(or three or four) about customer service and how to do her job. I’m so glad I’m out of this place. The units are beautiful. But the property manager just wants to take your money. So disappointing. I will not be back.

These townhomes are beautiful! I have really enjoyed my time here at The Vines and Jill is amazing! So sweet and professional. The maintenance staff is so great and they fix everything! They were also super nice to my cats who have no boundaries. Also, speaking of cats, this is a pet friendly community which is becoming a really tough thing to find! Thank you guys for a great 15 months!

Ok. I did a review before and it didn’t get posted, so I decided to post a 2nd review. I’ve been living at the Vines for about a month, so my family and I are still new to the area… but we truly love living in RiverPark. Our townhouse is great with wonderful materials such as: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. We love living here and for the price, we think it’s worth it.

We’ve lived at The Vines for just over a year now since moving to the Riverpark area from Ventura. We absolutely love living here and it’s only gotten better with all the amenities of The Collection only getting better. The rent is competitively priced for the area, and although it’s lacking a backyard, the 7 surrounding parks make up for it. Our leasing agent & property manager, Jill, has been great! They respond to maintenance requests(we’ve had just a few minor things) incredibly fast & they are always available for questions. The best part, they are dog-friendly! Lots of tenants here have dogs and it’s become quite the dog-friendly area. Truly, if you are looking to live back in the Riverpark area of Oxnard, but cannot afford to purchase a house at the time and/or don’t want to live in apartments, this is the perfect option. Everything is updated inside the townhomes & you’ll meet lots of great neighbors, plus you’re only a few minutes walks or bike ride from restaurants and stores. No complaints here!

Randomly stopped by to inquire in possible rentals at The Vines, since our lease is up soon. Met with a very nice leasing consultant-who simply was doing her job. She showed us a 2BD/2BA unit that is currently going for $ 2100. Yes, the location is pretty awesome being that it’s next to Whole Foods, a new future 24hr SuperClub, Target and new restaurants… BUT the price for these units is too overpriced. The master bedroom does not even have a walk in closet! I will give The Vines credit for their high end fixtures/Appliances… But without a back yard, gym or clubhouse, amenities. The price is too expensive in my opinion. My search continues…

My lease was up on my old apartment and my husband and I could not really find any place comparable. We were ready to give up and deal with another loud year until I looked at one more place. I spoke with Jill who was very professional and helpful. I was able to schedule a time to see the apartment two hours after I spoke with her. The town homes were beautiful and even better than where we live. Jill was very caring and honest and made me feel like I was right at home. She answered all of my questions willingly, she even continued to help me via email and even though my husband was not really big on moving he was sold the second time I went to look at the town homes.
