My MacBook Pro wouldn’t boot up because it experienced a kernel panic. I was really worried about losing all my important documents and baby pictures of my children. I’ve had my MacBook for years and never backed up my data. I immediately called Chris and he backed up my MacBook Pro and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The pricing is affordable and most of all exceptional customer service. I’m happy & satisfied to have my working MacBook Pro back.

My MacBook Pro kept over heating and had some issues when i ran some software, Chris helped me out with the over heating, he went above and beyond to make sure that was no longer a problem. He also suggested a couple thing to do with the programs and helping purchase the correct RAM for my macbook… very knowledgable and patient.

Chris has been doing all tech work for our company Lunde and Lopez Realtors for several years now. He’s always readily available and beyond knowledgeable. He’s done anything from software upgrades, viruses, printer issues to handling all our wireless setups and upgrades. Extremely affordable, timely, great customer service and satisfaction.

I’ve got to say, these guys are great. I’ve had work done by one of the techs before he was part of this company and can vouch that they provide great customer service and support. I’ll definitely be taking my Macbook to them to get services soon.
