I had an appointment with Dr. Voorman on 8÷9÷11 at 4. I waited an hour and he still hadn’t gotten to me. I told the office staff I wasn’t going to wait and they said they couldn’t un-​do a payment (my co-​pay). I told them to figure it out because I wasn’t leaving without it.
In my opinion, don’t go to Dr. Voorman if you can avoid it.
