I agree with the others… horrible customer service. Very impatient workers. Some rude lady who was taking my phone order hung up in me when I took a few seconds to ask what my kids wanted on their subs.

HORRIBLE service and food. Ordered at 7:59pm, was told 50 mins, food came an hour and 20 mins later. And to top it all off, half a cheesesteak was missing from our order that we paid for. We called the shop and were put on hold multiple times for more than 5 mins just to hear«the driver will be back… in an hour». Fine, whatever we are hungry. Driver gets here an hour later and calls, we say we’ll be right down since we’re on the 12th floor of a busy hotel. Less than 5 mins later the driver LEAVES without a call or giving us our food. It got to the point where we called and argued again with the shop and said we wanted our money back. Whoever was on the phone claimed they couldn’t get a hold of the driver and had no idea when he could even be back to give us our money. By now it’s nearing midnight and I’m standing in a cold lobby hungry, tired, and waiting for my money back. It got so ridiculous that the hotel concierge even involved and called the shop. It took us over 2+ hours just to get our money and tip back. NEVERAGAIN. Even worse, those who did get their food GOTSICKFROMEATINGIT.

This place has terrible service. Do not give them your business! We ordered from them while staying at the Gaylord Resort. To start off, they told us our order would take around 50 minutes to arrive. That’s fine, it’s a busy Friday night and there is a convention going on this weekend, so it’s understandable. However, they ended up being about 45 minutes late(so a total time of 1 hour 35 minutes to get our food), and never called to let us know they wouldn’t make it on time. After he finally showed up, we paid and took our food back to our room. Once we got there, we realized we were missing one of the sandwiches we ordered. We called Danny’s back and they told us the driver would be back with it in an hour! Seriously? Ok, fine. We wait the hour, and when we get the call that the driver is in the lobby, we go right downstairs. When we get to the lobby, he’s nowhere in sight. We tried calling him back, and he told us he couldn’t wait all night so he left… We have so far waited almost 3 hours for this sandwich, and he couldn’t wait 5 minutes for us to get to the lobby? By this point, we don’t even want the food anymore. We just want our money back. After a long argument on the phone with their management, they agree to bring our money back. As I type this, we have been waiting 30 minutes and have yet to see the driver. To top it off, those of us who actually got our food are now dealing with intestinal cramps, and my friend just threw up. Avoid this place like the plague!

Worst experience. Do not order from this place. Delivery driver was late and rude. Had to come back for missing parts of the order. He couldn’t wait for 5 minutes to come down from our hotel room. Left without giving us the order. This place should not be allowed to be in business.
