Called to make an Initial appointment and just be talking to the front desk I didn’t go through with it. They are rude and unprofessional!

What a jackass.
Dismissive, boorish, egotistical, smarmy, condescending blowhard. One of the worst «doctors» I have ever met. Everything about him is disgusting: his tone, his manner. His staff is horrible. Listening to this man talk was like being lectured by an Orc.

I actually saw Dr. Dawson in his Alexandria office and was very impressed. I was referred to him by another doctor after a motor vehicle accident and have decided he will be my orthopedist from now on! After six knee surgeries, I have seen lots of orthopedic specialists, only a handful have been easy to talk to — Dr. Dawson isn’t just easy to talk to — he actually explains everything to you so you don’t need a medical degree to understand it! He took a good deal of time on my first visit to thoroughly look at my injuries and personally took my history! I can’t remember the last time a doctor did that! I am not sure about the Oxon Hill office, but I had less than a five minute wait in the office and he personally came out to greet me. I highly recommend Dr. Dawson!

I had an appointment for 10:45am at dr Dawson’s Alexandria office. I arrived at 10:15. I didn’t know until almost 10:45 that the doctor hasn’t even arrived yet. The receptionist said nothing! By this time the waiting room was filled, then in walked his loud annoying assistant. One patient said you’re late, he responded «I can’t be late if I don’t know what time to be here!» What?! Is he serious. 15 minutes later the doctor come rushing through the door and didnt say a word to anyone. No apologies or anything. They finally started calling patients and they didn’t even call in them in order. An hour after my appointment I’m called. I’m missed my next appointment! This is ridiculous!!!
