I hate this location, very unorganized and it takes forever to get anything printed. Customer service is horrible. There are always people at the fax machines that need help and they walk right past.

They need to hire more staff or something… there never seem to be enough people available to help. They do nice work in the end, but if you need assistance, be prepared to wait a while.
