Dunkin’ Donuts

Staff is really friendly, food is nice and fresh, however the past 2 times I’ve been there my coffee has been so watery and gross. It’s upsetting because you expect such a good flavored coffee and I have to take a sip and toss it because of how bad it is. So taste your coffee before you leave the store in case it’s not as good as you want it to be.

Very average Dunkin Donut store. Donuts were fresh so that was nice but when we asked for Americanos you would have thought we asked for a drink from Mars. Finally after 3 of the workers looking at each other with a clueless look on their faces the manager appeared and said I can make the Americanos. Thank God he was there. Improve customer service and I will add another star.

Stop here every weekend for my coffee and muffin. The staff always makes my coffee perfect and they are very personable and friendly.

This is a 24 hour 7 days a week company. That my 2 am late night at work, love-​in that 24 hour service. Even thou you might not understand a word I say — I still love the fact that you are there for me day and night. Just like a good man!

They used to be good, until they started changing their employees. Still come here daily for my usual coffee and sandwich/​donuts.

Horrible CS… employee didn’t understand English. i would give it 0 stars but it wont allow me. AVOID the DD at all costs. the just renovated the place. i wish they renovated the staff too. just terrible…

Save yourself the stress and don’t go to This dunkin. This place has god awful service. Not only did they get my order wrong, but they also refused to give me my money back. You want to know what she gave me back to try to compensate? 2 quarters and a penny. I ordered an iced coffee and donut holes for my sister with the coupon on the donuts. She looked at it and didn’t take my coupon. She literally looked at it. And then after I wonder why the price was so high. I looked back and realized she charged me 5.49 not 3.49. I proceeded and told her and she said she can’t do it. she took the quarter from her tip box and then gave it to me. At this point I was pissed off. I said ur off by a dollar and she said no. The fact that this bitch had the audacity to give me 2 quarters and a penny is outrageous. And this wasn’t he first time this happened. Definitely not going to be coming back even though it’s local.

My local Dunkin Donuts– damn this place is a gold mine.
All the usual suspects –donuts, coffee and the like.
The place is open way late (it might be 24 hours) and is a gathering point for the teens of Oyster Bay.
