The service was friendly and competent and the glasses were of good quality. The hours however, are utterly ridiculous. My first visit to them, the sign on the door said that they were open until 4. Checking my watch, it was in fact 3:15 and when I went to take a picture of the schedule (so that I would know I wasn’t crazy) the woman inside quickly emerged and told me that it was an emergency today — the optometrist was ill and therefore they closed early. Understandable — not a good business model, but understandable. However, this pattern was to be repeated over and over. Open 11 to 2 on Saturday evidently means that at 11:30 they’re closed. My sympathy to the sick doctor, but there needs to be a system in place for keeping hours, especially when those hours are so sparse to begin with. I went there over 5 times to drop off a prescription and pick up my order. This is no way to handle customers.
