What a wonderful store. Two friends and I went here for an afternoon outing and were so happy to discover it. I wish it were closer to us, but it’s so worth the ride. They have an excellent selection of yarns, a collection of Atenti bags to covet, beautiful and interesting displays, lovely little nooks with couches, and one of the friendliest sales staffs I’ve come across in a long time. We never felt rushed, or bothered as you do in some small shops. A great find. Good luck and continued success to the owner.

This is one of the best stores in Oyster Bay. The yarns are to die for. I have been a customer since day one. The atmosphere is friendly and helpful. There are lessons for every level.

What an absolutely wonderful place!!! The owner, Patty, is an absolute gem, as was the other staff and the customers! Everyone was so amazingly friendly and welcoming and FUN! It was the best time I’ve had in a LYS in a really long time. The selection is fantastic and reasonably priced with some excellent sales. Outstanding variety of accessories, notions, bags. It’s in a lovely location, as well. Definitely 5 stars and wholeheartedly recommended! I really can’t wait to go back!

this is a wonderful LYS! i’ve made the drive over from astoria several times and i always find something (or several somethings!) that i need to bring home with me. there’s a very nice selection of quality yarns, including lots of my beloved madelinetosh. the owner is friendly and was extremely good-natured about my rambunctious toddler, which i appreciate tremendously. i highly recommend a visit!

When ever I am in Oyster Bay I stop by to check out the latest and greatest Patti has chosen to carry in her shop. This week I was pleased to see the shop now carries Bergere de France and had a great selection of patterns to make my train ride back home more pleasant.
The ladies of Oyster Bay have been busy yarn bombing the town in rainbow blankets which adorn many the tree and lamp post. A must see after you check out the shop.
A great year shop not enough to make you stop? Fried scallops at Tabys and ice cream at Gooseberry around the corner should make the decision to stop easier.

Love at first sight! I saw this LYS while heading to the Oyster Fest so I made sure to stop in. They have a huge selection of beautiful yarns and the owner and her husband were very sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

The owner of this store truly loves knitting, crochet and being as creative as possible. She has designed a perfect spot for people to come and learn about knitting, hang out and take classes. Her products are beautiful and she has a wide range of yarns etc. I know that anyone needing help or encouragement would find what they need here!

The knitted purt is a diamond in the rough! The owner, Patty is amazing, energized, interested in bringing the best and the newest to the shop. Her staff is so helpful and patient. My daughter and I are in love! The shop is beautiful and welcoming, the yarns are yummy and of the finest quality in all price ranges and the owner Patti and her crew could not be nicer and more helpful. What a welcome business for our hamlet. It’s worth a trip to you to come here because once you are in it is very hard to leave. Nice couches to relax. We even had my grandchildren (3 & 1) and they were welcomed as well. Can’t wait to go back.
