Crystal Nails

This place has went down hill over the last few months. I have been several times. At first, service was fine, but lately it has been terrible. My last two times there, customers were complaining about quality or wait time. I’ve also noticed my shellac chips after about 4 days! I needed to be done by 5 and made that known when I made my appt for 330. They seated me quickly and did my pedi. During that time, one of the workers was asleep in a pedi chair. A group of «regulars» came in and asked if they could get worked in. I had to wait over an hour and a half and ended up leaving without the manicure because they bumped me. Poor customer service! Quan said I should have told them I needed to be done by 5… I DID! I told them when I made the appt, when I sat down and a third time when the pedi was done. My money will be going elsewhere.

Quick and friendly service and no complaints about the pedi. The mini leg massage was relaxing and appreciated. Hot hot towels top it off nicely. I’ll be back soon!

Usually this place is my favorite place ever to get my nails done. I usually have Quan do my nails. But this time he was gone. And the guy just didn’t capture the image I had. I brought in a photo for him to look at and still didn’t get it right.
When I first got there, I was told that the wait was 20 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes to even get to the tech. Then he did my nails and I was honestly just ready to get out. He told me that because I had so much done that it was $ 55. I’ve never paid that much ever for nails. I paid and left. When I called back I told the lady that I didn’t like them and was asking how much a removal and a new set would be. She said I would have to come in and get them looked at then hung up on me. I have never been treated this way. I don’t think I’ll come back.

First time here with my wife. Staff seems very courteous and friendly. Acetone levels in the air are high or maybe I’m high now I don’t know, I can’t breathe and the Asian lady keeps looking my way. She is probably checking my cuticles with her hawk like eyes. Thankfully she can’t see my toe nails. On a separate note, my wife likes this place a lot and always comes here and they do a good job.

I frequent Crystal nails. The staff is incredibly nice, they are quick to accommodate everyone and I never feel rushed.
Their pedicure spa chairs are amazing, they offer a full range of services including waxing. I usually get the gel or «shellac» nails and they are very reasonably priced!
They pay close attention to detail and are never sloppy! A huge «must» in my book!
The only downfall is that they aren’t open on Sunday but now I’m being greedy!

Very good experience. With as busy as they were, everyone received special attention I was never rushed.
