DiFilippo’s re-​opened at its location on 231 over a year ago and is just as good now as it ever was. Whenever I come back to Ozark to visit family, this restaurant is at the very top of my «must-​have» list. It’s take-​out only (for now) and the hours are from 4 – 9 pm, so plan ahead, but it is absolutely worth it. It’s the perfect choice if you are looking for a night in with some outstanding Italian food. I always order their manicotti– the portion sizes are generous and everything is homemade. Look no further for authentic Italian Food… nothing else in the Wiregrass Area comes comes close!

Love the food, pretty close to authentic tuscan style pizza– or at least as close as you’ll get in Alabama. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere very setting for a date. :D

This place is a diamond in the rough. Almost unnoticeable on the East side Hwy 231 just South of Deese Road. Pzza is second to none. If you haven’t tried it, you definitely need to take the time.
