Extremely unprofessional crew. Said they would follow us to the shop then sped off without telling us. Did not tie the car down with any kind of safety chain. When they left they scraped their recovery boom down the driveway, scraping up the concrete. Will recommend to USAA that they are removed from the authorized list.
