IHOP

One my favorite locations. I bypass 3 closer ones to me and drive 30 – 40 mins to go to this one. Much home-​ier feel and the service is great. Always feel welcomed and the food is excellent.

so cant lie ihop’s service is very mediocre but being that it is walking distance & my girls love ihop we are here pretty often.
used to very slow service, having to ask for napkins & water many times before they arrive & usually dealing with missing items or mixed up orders… so todays experience was a shocker!
a new girl served us named kelly. what a breath of fresh air!!!
she was on point! napkins as soon as we sat. order on point & my to go order was in when i asked! yasssss ihop you found a keeper!!! thank goodness!!! much better experience then usual!

Terrible service… I had to wait for an hour before I got service. They took my info down and never called me until I approached the host and reminded him that I was waiting for an hour.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE
Waited over 45 minutes for our order to come, then everything was cold. It was obvious the servers forgot about our food. The backup server (as our original server was on break after our drinks were served) did her best to make the situation better but it was useless. The manager took another 15 minutes to come over with a new plate of food for me and offered to take it off the bill but by then it was a little too little a little too late. There was no way for me to enjoy the food after all this time. I felt really bad particularly because our kids were with us, and I KNOW they are their food cold just to lee the peace.

The food is always great! Our server Jacqueline was great, always with a smile always trying to help giving options on the menu. Her recommendations were good choices. We are definitely coming back :)!

IHOP franchises are pretty good wherever you go. They usually try to make sure you are satisfied with your dining experience with them, and run specials and coupons. While I usually go for the breakfast menu, which is available all day, every day, chose to go the dinner route tonight. The steak tips & mashed potatoes with broccoli was excellent. The steak was tender and juicy; potatoes tasted like fresh real potatoes. The ‘All you can eat Shrimp’ was good; Cooked perfect, maybe a tad too salty if anything. The customer service at this location was petty impressive; the waitress let us know right off upon seating that several ingredients they were out of, due to a busy week with the local kids being home from school on vacation; and freely made meal substitutions on basically anything we asked. She stopped by the table several times, and was prompt in refilling our beverages, and AYCE Shrimp meal, all with a smile sans any attitude. Not getting service like that in hipster Brooklyn! Knocking a star off for the ‘sold out ingredients’; I figure if your a national franchise around for years, you should know your sales trends already, and be able to get your ingredients restocked promptly…

IHOP is IHOP. Because it is IHOP, it can’t ever get more than 3 stars from me.
As far as IHOPs go, this one is good. I had the Cali scramble, order was warm, accurate and satisfactory.
The server was responsive and friendly.
Lighting, environment, and cleanliness were satisfactory as well.
It’s an IHOP, one of the better ones, but it is what it is.

iHOP has evolved and I think it has evolved too much for my taste. I remember when ihop used to be all about pancakes — the variations and combos couldn’t be found anywhere else… sadly, that has changed. I was surprised to see that out of the 6 page menu, pancakes only took up about half of 1 page — disappointing. Ihop has become a mainstream restaurant that caters to all meals — please bring back the pancakes… it’s in the name…
Since none of the pancakes caught my attention, I ordered the brioche French toast. It was too sweet, but I should have known since it comes drizzled with lots of caramel. There was nothing to cut the sweetness so I couldn’t finish it.
The service could have been better. When I first arrived, I was advised the wait would be about 55min. Fortunately, the hostess took my number and called once the table was available. I was able to handle a few errands before returning to the restaurant –score. So far so good but my server did not bring it home. Although she was polite, the service was lacking. It took a very long time to bring drinks (even refills for water), place the order, and bring the food out.
The place itself is located on a small strip mall with very limited parking — I actually parked 1 block away.
The dining area is clean — it resembles your neighborhood diner.
It’s unlikely I will return… but I don’t wish to discourage others… it’s just not for me anymore.

Worst service ever. Ordered a coffee took our waitress almost 30 min to bring the milk.

The waiters here were super nice! They were very friendly and even gave compliments. The food is pretty good. I always devour the chicken crepes and omelette. Absolutely love the hash browns! This place gets very crowded, so if you’re planning on going here on weekends for breakfast, be sure to be there by opening time. During the week, however, it’s not crowded and parking is fine. This is the iHOP I always go to!

What’s not to love about this place. They line you up like cattle, make you wait 30 – 40 minutes for a table. Shove delicious pancakes down your throat and send you on your way. This place is like a drug and I’m hooked.

Aliza waitress needs better customer skills. The steak t bone was not tasting right. I sent it back for something else she ask me if I want the same eggs on the plate. Really at this point they were old. Do I want microwave eggs if they sunny side up. Really. I asked for maple syrup and she got upset you can tell and she practically slammed the syrup on the table. That was rude. She was rude with her body language. She needs more training a lot more. The utensils were not clean. Asked for hot water for them the bring out the hot coffee cup with hot water. Yeah I wanna drink that now. It’s a Tuesday night and it was certainly not busy today. No reason for this type of service. I had my boyfriend ask for things because I didn’t want to bother with this young lady.
The replacement sirloin tips tastes bad leads me to believe the steak was old and the seAsoning was bad

I’ll always be a fan of Ihop… not all of them but will be one at this one.

They’re nice in here. But make sure to avoid Sunday after Chruch (after10am) this place is a MADD HOUSE!!!

I’ve been to other IHOP’s before and this one is not terrible. The other ones I’ve been to have given three or four stars to because the level of service and the way the food tasted. The food tasted well but the service has much to desire. I’m not sure if the place is understaffed or if the employees need a attitude check. This one is particularly close to my house so I try to go here but the lines are usually too long and I just can’t wait.

If you’re ordering take out. Make sure you check your food before you leave this IHop. I order the monster burger for my husband and when I get home and give my husband his food. Guess what. NO BURGER! Just a bun with lettuces and an a piece of tomato. So back in my car I go to IHop. Ggggrrr

Horribly birthday experience this morning. The waitress had a lot of attitude and was in a rush. I have two small girls. So it takes awhile for them to order.
The food came out and it was room temperature.
Eggs were cold. Waffles were cold. Everything.
It’ll be a long time before I go this location again.

This is not my first time here at this location. I personally feel that there should be more employees to serve the customers. It’s a very spacious IHOP but not enough servers. The food was really good and the server was very friendly I wouldn’t recommend coming here when it’s a weekend. But then again all IHOPs are crazy on weekends.

This place is Ihop, nothing too crazy. It’s Ihop. But! This location has bed bugs. We sat and ate and my left leg started feeling really itchy. We paid and left and I’m like «shit, check my clothes I think they have bed bugs», fiancé checked my clothes, didn’t find anything but I’m still freaking out and refusing to get in the car. I couldn’t find anything after a while so I reluctantly got in and started driving… kept obsessing over it and checking myself and lo and behold! A bed bug in the underside of my skirt! Fiancé pulled it off and crushed it… it’s so nasty, these things. We called and told the manager who apologized and hopefully he will follow up and get rid of them.
Listen, it isn’t their fault but we had to go home, plastic bag all our clothes and toss in the freezer. I am thoroughly paranoid and currently itching at work. Please be careful and ask if they took care of the problem before you sit down.

We were seated quickly even though the hostess said a 15 min wait. Our waitress was nice & attentive. The wait for the food was pretty long like 30 minutes but it was packed for a tuesday morning. The food was delicious. i got the tuscan scramble with red smashed potatoes & pancakes. I asked for my omettle to be made with egg whites & they were able to accomodate (but its extra to make it like this). I also topped my pancakes with strawberries & whipped cream (extra charge) with a glass of OJ. My boyfriend got the steak omlette with pancakes also with the same toppings & a glass of OJ. His omlette was huge! & very tasty. All for $ 34

I initially stopped visiting iHops because I was disappointed. I decided to try this one because weirdly… the parking lot was clean and it had an «A» rating. Well, it’s my second time here and I really like it.
I’m welcomed every time I come in. The hosted is very nice and always has a smile on her face (Kanika). She is very nice, professional, pleasant and has a great sense of humor. I also met Bi Bi who is simply delightful. I also noticed that the stag enjoy working together and when they laugh together it’s an innocent joyous laugh (you don’t feel that they’re talking about anyone… just having fun). Oh… let me not forget the manager Krystal… she’s the best!
Inside the restaurant is clean, smells fresh, & the restroom is clean! Thumbs UP!!!
Now the food: fresh, hot, and good. Thank you to the kitchen staff (chefs, et al) for the food!
Of course I plan to come back again, and again, and again…
My reason for the 4 stars… I tried to give 4.5…but, I wish they’d open about 30 mins earlier! AND, you cannot call ahead and place an order! Very inconvenient for those of us on our way to work. I wonder if they know that there is an app where one could place an order and pay for it. You can also do it in Unilocal.Maybe I will write to corporate and see if this is possible.
Overall, good location and good people.
