Bad service… If your appointment is at 11 and someone else with with appoitment walk in after you with 10 o clock appointment … Then they will not take you first they will take 10 o clock appointment person… Prepare yourself to come late and then get ur eye test before anyone else there… Pissed me off

Went there a month ago. Had a great exam by a doctor named Dr. Desai. Very good exam, he asked a lot of questions about my health, my history and he added a little humor with it, which was refreshing. The staff was friendly actually, it was a very busy day and only two staff associates, which I thought they handled the flow of people very well. I was actually impressed by their professionalism. I got a contact lens exam. Also 50% off a pair I glasses. The frames were nice too. I would go there again. Actually I doing to being my children there. Every place has good and bad experience. As long as Ive been coming this place is nice, the staff is friendly and I always have a good experience.

This place is a rip off. Walked in with my 10 year old daughter who needed a eye test for school. With no insurance they charged me $ 79 for eye exam. I was told the cheapest glasses she can get was $ 640 because of all these special things we needed on lense. We walked out with no glasses and just a prescription to get glasses elsewhere. The service was horrible and they didn’t care about their customers at all.

I recently came back to Pearle Vision after a few years of avoiding it the best I possibly could. lets just say I paid over 750 for glasses for my daughter that«the insurance could not cover» after that incident I felt robbed and angry and told myself I would not go back. Forward to today and I decided it was the closest to my house and I was on limited time I kind of had no other choice but to try Pearle Vision again. The girls were all very helpful and courteous. They checked my insurance for a contact exam and told me I was eligable for it. The following weekend I went in for my appointment. I was a little apprehensive since I saw alot of people also waiting to be seen for the same time appointments and I really did not want to wait long but I was seen within 10 mins. The exam was very professional with modern equiptment and I felt the doctor knew what he was doing. I have to go back again and that will be my final deliberation but as of now I felt it was a positive experience and would recommend them. I also saw they had a very nice frame selection.

don’t come here. this place is terrible and there’s no such thing as customer service. these girls don’t know what they’re talking about or what they’re selling you all they want is their comission. first of all they told me my insurance didn’t cover the contact lense exam which I said fine to and said I would paid for. that was expensive and not even worth it because they didn’t dialate my eyes or anything. I also got glasses cus my insurance did cover that. when I went to pick them up one eye had the wrong prescription AND they were crooked as hell. so they had to be redone and apparently the frame I wanted wasn’t available anymore cus the crooked one was the only one they had of it so I had to change that too. I went back to pick my new ones up and I tried them on which the RUDE woman was being impatient about. excuse me I got crooked glasses with the wrong prescription before I obviously want this pair to be correct. I asked her if they looked crooked and in the rudest tone possible she said«they’re fine they’re fine» and took them from my hand to put in the case and rush me out. I don’t know what her name is but she has short brown hair and she’s older. stay away from her. I’ve never been more pissed off in my life I hate this place and will never return. I rather go blind. get your sh*t together pearle vision and teach your associates a little something about customer service.

Visited this store recently. I was very impressed by the look of the store. The last time I was there the store looked a lot different. No its more update, we are able to look at the frames without the associates assistants and a more personable experience. I had a surprising experience. When I arrived all the associates were happy and very nice. They offer me coffee! They checked my insurance and gave me different options and explained my insurance benefits, which was very hepful in making a decision on my eye wear. The doctor was nice, asked a lot of questions and checked for everything, including cataracts. I was there aout a hour and a hald longer then i expected. I landed up with three pairs of glasses, one through my insurance which i paid nothing for. and a promotion of 50% off of each pair. Now ive have visited many optical stores including this one a few years ago. What an improvement. I know exactly what i am getting, the Associate was experienced and educated me on my lens. Which to me was GREAT! Her name was Ericka, very nice girl. Ileft there spending a few buck, but well worth it! it took about 4 days to get all three. I would diff. recommend this place, they are opened 7 days a week. My visit was on a SUNDAY which was also very good for me. So i would say Call them, see if they take your insurance, it sounds like they take a lot of insurances. I really like this store. I give it 9!!!

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years or so. the customer service is just okay. When I first use to come here I really didnt have anything bad to say about the service. I can’t really comment because I dont remember any more it was so long ago, but I recently came in for a new pair of glasses. I came in with my mother. We were both given a bit of attitude from the lady that was helping us out(she wears a weird shaped lenses, with plastic green frames for sides). And by what I was interested for in frames(not much, just a rectangular shape in a brown shade) she didn’t show me a larger selection of it. I dont know if it was just her not knowing where to look, or being lazy, or simply because they dont have a large selection(which is surprising because it is a big store). Anyways, when I settled on a frame, it was kind of expensive, as I was expecting. Since I wasn’t in love with the frames, I decided that maybe I should seek another eyeglass store. I tried a store on Crossbay Blvd, and lets just say I wont be coming back to Pearle Vision. I’ve come to realized that Pearle Vision is WAY too expensive, and that I have been overpaying. Plus, my new eyeglass place has a much more friendly staff, which I feel more welcomed in.

I had a really great eye exam a few weeks ago. Although I came as a walk-in, and had to wait to see the doctor, it was worth the wait. The doctor that saw me(I don’t remember her name) was very knowledgable and attentive. I’ve never had an eye exam quite so thorough as this one and was glad to finally see a doctor that cared about my eyes as much as I do. She insisted on dilating me because my last dilated exam was ages ago. She explained to me exactly why it’s important to have this necessary, and often uncomfortable, part of the eye exam(something no one up to now ever stressed). I got a clean bill of health from the doctor, and when I mentioned about me coming to see her for my next visit, she revealed that she was only subbing for two days and wouldn’t be able to see me after. What a drag! When I came out to the optical part of it, the staff were also very nice and accomodating. The doctor told me everything about what kind of glasses are better suited for me and what coating to recommend, and I was happy to get a new pair of glasses.(Oh, her name was Dr. Grishina?) Within a few days, I received my glasses and the lenses were great. The doctor warned me that I may get a headache at first due to the change in the prescription, and I was happy for that because I always get headaches and think that it’s the wrong lenses. I quickly got used to my new glasses and now I see great. Too bad I will have to search elsewhere for such care.
