Pizza Hut

This review is for their bad service.
Never been to a place this old and still have bad service. Well, there’s mcdonalds who’s older but they have much better service than Pizza hut, like wth right?
Too bad I’ve been alone when I went here, If I had my friends with me that time, everything would be disaster because we wont just sit idle and do nothing about it.

Iv come here a few times and the place is clean.
But they do need to clean there Windows.
The employees are nice but the service is Very Very Slow!
The Pizza is good.
And They are very generous with the soda.
I think this Pizza Hut is good for what it is.
The prices are fine.
My issue is they definitely need to step up on the Service if you are eating in. It was frustrating.
And act like they care a little more.

Filthy. Bad customer service, and oh let’s not forget the flies that decide to buzz around when you’re eating. Gross.

Everytime I come here it’s always fast service. Pizza comes comes out fresh and hot to your table. Love the wings here, would come alone just for that If their cheesy crust pizza wasn’t so darn good!

How they call this buffalo wings, they look like pigeon wings. Stay with the alright pizza.

This Pizza Hut has been here for at least 20 years, I remember coming here as a kid with my family.
They are located in a shopping complex with a large parking lot, so there is plenty of parking.
They recently renovated the entire place, looks really nice. The new layout even makes the place look bigger.
The food is decent, nothing to rave about, but what can you expect from a pizza chain. They even started getting into wings now. They have a decent variety of favored wings. I tried the garlic (something) wings, they were a little salty.
Decent food, newly renovated location, and plenty of parking… so why only the two stars you ask, because customer service is still the most important thing to me. If they don’t care about giving me attitude to my face, I’m scared to think how little pride they take in preparing the food behind the scenes where I can’t see them.
The people in the front taking care of pickup orders have trouble handling the crowd. They are rude to ask you from your order info. Saying «please» and «thank you» are two of the easiest things to do, yet some people have the most difficult time saying it.

I’ve only eaten at this place 1 time a very long time ago. But I order from here maybe 1 – 2 times a month. I normally place my order online and take a short drive to pick it up. It’s usually ready when I arrive which is great. The food is still hot and nicely packaged.
I placed an order this past weekend and the only complaint was the cheesy bread. They were extremely hard and stale. Definitely not freshly made to order. They should consider that more often because nobody likes food that’s been sitting out before it gets to you.
Overall a great take-​out choice.

Horrible service. Great pizza. We were dying for a sitedown pizzahut and was so excited. But the service was so bad! Sat at a dirty table. Waited forever to get pizza and no refills. Just terrible.

I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut since the early 90’s. It’s a neighborhood staple. They have recently remodeled, as most pizza huts have merged with Wing Street. I prefer any New York mom and pop pizza shop over a chain pizza shop, but the pizza is pretty solid if you’re in a pinch.

One of the older style Pizza Huts! Order the Thin Crust with the Hershey’s Cookie Pizza for Dessert Its Really Good!!! It’s even got a parking area!!! Definitely would come here again only a 6 min drive from Kew Gardens!

I been going here for years and they always treated me good… Pizza got smaller, but that’s not their fault that’s the world we live in today.

I’m very nostalgic as I write this review because this Pizza Hut is more than just a chain pizza place, it is a place that has so many memories of my childhood and happy days.
I’m originally from Afghanistan and when we first came to America my family and I weren’t very familiar with pizza or American food in general, We ended up coming to Pizza Hut when I was in elementary school because they would give you a small personalized pan pizza if you read a certain amount of books. The pizza was so good that we started coming here when we would have something to celebrate like a birthday or a graduation. This Pizza Hut became the place where my family and I shared every happy event.
Years later, we have moved much farther away from this Pizza Hut and even now when my brothers and sisters and I are celebrating monumental life achievements like college graduations, buying of a new home, job promotions, and professional accolades, we never discuss where we will be going — we simply all meet at this Pizza Hut.

Newly renovated, top notch Pizza Hut. These dine-​in ones are rare nowadays and this has to rank up there with the best of them now that it has been renovated. Flatscreen TVs, salad/​pizza bar and chairs with the Hut logo subtly carved out of the backrest– nice touch Pizza Hut.

I only review this place because it is one of the few legitimate dine-​in Pizza Huts in Queens with wait service. Many of the others that the website says are «dine-​in» are just essentially Pizza Hut expresses in a food court.
Wings at pizza hut are actually not bad. Sriracha honey wings are actually something I would order again. The pasta on the other hand is on the level of TV-​dinner pasta (super soft in the water too long, with sauce).

First time here, always wanted to try it but stood away because of the reviews.
We had the Hawaiian medium pan pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. We didn’t wait long, we’re seated right away and our waiter Rahid was very courteous and attentive. Our wings came out about 10 minutes after ordering and the pizza came a few minutes after that. It was good, no complaints. The pizza tasted fresh and made to order. The wings were good as well but overpriced… $ 12 for 16 wings & they were pretty small.
Since we had such a pleasant experience thus far, we decided to order dessert… Cinnamon sticks. These were not good at all :(tasted horrible… (to me at least)… My friends ate them & said they were ok.
Overall I do see myself coming back, for the pizza at least.

Placed a pick up on a Friday night and the site tells me it will take 40 minutes. I get there and apparently it’s another 30 min. Wtf?
Pretty much screwed over my Friday night, thanks a lot.
In addition, the place inside isn’t ventilated well, it was so smoky that my eyes were watering. This is a dangerous health hazard.

Dirty! Moldy! Terrible service and substandard food. Needs to be overhauled and thorough Customer Service Training a.s.a.p

I have been coming here since I was a kid and now I bring my kid! It’s awesome to have a reliable family friendly place to go. This is one of my family’s after church, place to eat. The wait is always this places’ challenge but what can you expect? It’s Pizza Hut for christs’ sake! I have been to terrible and I mean horrible Pizza Huts’ that the wait is long and the food sucks! Something about this Pizza Hut however that make the food much better. I suspect it’s the antiquated kitchen that may have some magic that works on the food to make it so much better than others.
All in all, This is the best dine-​in Pizza Hut in Queens! Then why 3 stars you may ask? Because it’s A-​OK in relation to the rest of the pizza world of restaurants.
