Does not consider the safety of others on the beach. Drove way too fast, beeped horn a few dozen times in frustration at stuck cars, overall very rude to everyone around them. Seemed completely oblivious to the looks and comments of everyone watching him, or he just didn’t care.

I can’t say enough about our family’s experience with Joe and the crew with Haystack. Being on his dory boat was a thrilling ride, though still plenty safe for our daughters. Joe kept us laughing and found us fish to catch just minutes after launch. He really took care of us, cracked endless jokes, and had such an easy going attitude it was perfect for us greenhorns. I would highly recommend Haystack Fishing on your next trip to Pacific City.
