They serviced my HVAC (which was originally installed by them). They had serviced it for many years but I could not say if it was good or bad. Then in 2014, they came and did a major reconditioning. Several components were replaced. Afterwards we reported to them that our kitchen zone had been running and would not stop. We paid their bills approaching $ 1,000. When we told them that the kitchen zone was not fixed and would not stop running continuously, the technician sent a message through the office that the trouble must be with the thermostat and he refused to come back. We switched the thermostat with one that we had tested to be sure it was working and the trouble continued unabated. We called back and told them. They promised to look into it. But they did nothing and did not return calls (many). The only way we could stop it was to disconnect the power to the heating system completely. It was cold in the house. We changed service providers and got it fixed properly. The trouble had nothing to do with a thermostat. I would NEVER use these people again.

They seem like good folks. They were on time, friendly, and reasonably priced. The technician even took care of some hanging ducting as a matter of courtesy.
