Matt is simply fantastic! It was so easy arranging an appointment directly with him. There was no need for waiting on the phone, or being transferred to multiple people. Much more convenient than dealing with a store. Matt helped me with some storage problems I was having, and he also got my whole computer backed up to the cloud at a better price than I had heard of. It’s nice to deal with one person who has the answers and is giving you their full attention. It’s also nice that he can take over your computer remotely, and solve your problems while you sit in your underwear on the couch. I will definitely go to Matt next time I have a problem.
