The service is less than marginal. The business practices are even less acceptable than the service.
Each time he and his sons came to my house this summer they only mowed my dead lawn. Only once did they bother to week my gardens, as I was promised they would. The one time they did do so, it was because I specifically had to ask for it. But, because this was not too big of a deal I ignored it.
The owner (Jose Valenzuela) is also very negligent in invoicing. I have always received a knock at the door and GLADLY PAID HIM — even when he could not produce an invoice. Then one day he decides to e-​mail invoices. Never having communicated via e-​mail with him they went to and stayed in my spam folder. Because I did not receive the invoices and therefore did not pay, he simply quit coming to my house AND threatened collections. All via e-​mail that was in my spam folder. A simple call or text (the ONLY way we communicated in the past) would have solved this. I found out by texting him for information. The owner is a terrible business man.
Jose Valenzuela is also ripping of the State of Washington and the taxpayers. He quotes you $ 100 plus tax, but when I see the written invoice is is simply for $ 109 — no tax. He is ripping off our state and his clients at the same time. I am reporting him to the Washington State Department of Revenue too.
