Stopped here to feed my family while traveling. Should have left during the 8 minute wait for someone to come seat us. There were 2 people dining in the restaurant and we saw NO employees for 5 minutes. We arrived right at 12 noon. We were finally seated and drink orders were prompt. Then the 20 minute wait to order. 3 personal pans, breadsticks, a salad, and a medium. Though we did eat, we never got the right order. I finally had to ask for the salad. 45 minute wait for the pizza. I timed everything by the number of Tom and Jerry episodes the kids watched on TV. Side note: At the business I used to work for, they would occasionally order Pizza Hut for lunch. It would arrive at 11:30 and I got to go to lunch at about 1. When I would get to the break room, it would be cold, dry, and starting to curl up. I tell you this because, that is how the medium pizza came out of the kitchen on this particular day. It must have been the first pizza to be baked and than sat there for 35 minutes. Service was nice, but slow and overworked. Soap box: when will owners realize that if you are going to run dine in and delivery, you have to hire more people? While we were there, the restaurant got busier and other people’s waits were longer than ours. The staff consisted of: 1 delivery man(who made 2 complete runs while we waited for our food), 1 guy in the kitchen, and 1 lady for the ENTIRE dining room. Won’t go back.
